Building Information Management (BIM).

In BIM construction we build the project twice.

One time throughout computers using the programs such as Archicad, Revit to obtain a conclusive vision of the project before execution, and one time on site with supervision and coordination.

MEP

In the MEP design process, we use the best programs such as Dialux, Doc-win, ETAP, Ecodial, ETABS,HAP, Duct Sizer, Elite, .. etc. to visualize the project and to prepare all its design calculations.

Project Management

We provide supervision during construction activities to confirm work quality according to international standards and client’s satisfaction and expectations.

Tendering

The bidding process can get a little tricky, over budget bids may cause losing the bid and under budget bids may cause losing money and maybe the whole business.

In the bidding stage we make a full study for the project, then we communicate with our trusted suppliers worldwide to enable contractors to put their budget according to the actual market prices.
